Apr-Sept Host of the Tier 4 \"Live Free Or Die\" State Championship Match Please note the BOD has updated range rules to include the following: Holsters that point the muzzle of the firearm to the ground are the only ones that are to be used. Shoulder holsters, for example, are not allowed due to the safety issue of muzzle direction. Furthermore, inside-the- waistband appendix carry holsters are forbidden during competition that requires a cover garment.
